Bring a large pan of water to a boil for the pasta
Turn on the grill to high heat
Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan
Once the butter has melted stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute
Add the pasta to the boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. When there are 4 minutes to go add the Kale to the pan.
Start grilling the bacon. For crispy bacon, I usually grill the bacon for 4 minutes on each side
Continue on from step 4 and add the milk to the saucepan. Start whisking away until there are no lumps and the sauce starts thickening this usually takes 5 minutes on a medium heat
Turn off the heat and then add half the cheddar cheese and half the parmesan cheese in with the sauce string occasionally for 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta and then transfer it to an oven dish then add the sauce in with the pasta and give it a stir
Cut or pull apart the bacon into small pieces and then add it to the oven dish and stir in.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the pasta
Grill for 10 minutes or until the top is nice and crispy then serve and enjoy.
